Building a new Albatros

POR FESR 2014 – 2020 – Asse 2 “Promoting the competitiveness of small and medium-sized companies” – Attività 2.1.a. “Support for new business realities”

BUILDING A NEW ALBATROS

The PMI (Small and Medium sized Companies) are the backbone of the Italian economy: their weight in our economy’s productive structure is greater than in other major advanced economies, particularly in the furniture production manufacturing sector for bathroom furnishings, bathtubs, shower boxes, spas, saunas and related accessories, which presently, some of them, even with globally recognized brands, continue to limp strongly and some even fail as a result of internal management policies no more sustainable with respect to the past. Thus, in order to remain competitive in an ever-changing environment, it will be essential to identify the transformation key factors that will drive the trends in coming years, and the latter will be linked to five main lines:

1. Skills and human capital accumulation;
2. Innovation;
3. environmental protection;
4. Internationalization;
5. Digitalization.

These are all aspects that Albatros S.r.l. wants to emphasize and represent at its best over the next few years, especially between 2019-2021, through a phase that will involve all operators ascribed in this project called “Building the new Albatros 4.0“.

Consequently, the company’s management strongly believes in carrying out the project in order to create “a total bathroom“; that is, a bathroom without limits and prevarication. Through the preparation of clear, timely and well-limited ideas, it will be possible to look with new perspectives at the conditions that are needed to grow again tomorrow in a Made in Italy sector that will never disappear. All this also through the co-financing of regional resources derived from the POR – FESR 2014 -2020 – Axis 2 “Promoting the competitiveness of small and medium-sized companies” Activity 2.1.a. “Support for new business realities”, which will see all actors involved in achieving their objectives.
